Policies, Terms and Conditions

There are no refunds on any Appointment, Treatment, Packages or Gift Certificate purchases

From June 1st 2026, we require a 100% Non Refundable Booking Fee for all appointments.

  • Tivoli HotWax reserves the right to amend our policies, prices, and/or promotions without prior notice.

  • Services are subject to availability, and special offers are subject to limited availability as per the time of booking.

  • We operate on a first come, first serve basis and highly encourage booking your appointments in advance.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies: All clients are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Fees apply to late changes.

  • Inappropriate Behaviour: Tivoli HotWax, and it’s professionals have the right to terminate a treatment or package immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behaviour.

  • Illness / Injury: To protect our team, Tivoli HotWax reserve the right to refuse treatment should the client be deemed too unwell and unsuitable for treatment , or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • We do not offer intimate treatments for those with a Penis. We are not trained to wax or Laser Male Genitalia - we are very happy to provide a referral to a recommended local Cheltenham business that does.

  • We do not allow ANY Babies, Children, Pets, Partners, Friends etc in the room whilst you are being treated. No exceptions. Why? It's distracting, AND our treatment rooms have hot, sticky wax and dangerous laser equipment and chemicals. If you wouldn’t leave them at home alone, our waiting area is not the place to leave them unattended either.

Packages/Vouchers/Gift Certificate Policy

  • We operate on a first come, first serve basis and highly encourage booking your appointments in advance.

  • We do not accept expired packages/vouchers or gift certificates.

  • If your packages/vouchers or gift certificates expires, you are welcome to pay a £20 administration fee to extend the voucher by six months (from original expiry date)

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies: All gift certificate clients are subject to our studio’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Fees apply to late changes.

  • If a Voucher/Gift Certificate is issued due to a cancelled appointment, we honour the value paid, for the amount stated on the certificate.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

  • To Reschedule your appointment, we require at least 1 days' notice (24 hours) We do not refund ANY cancellations.

  • No-shows or reschedules/cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the loss of your appointment fee (and you will need to pay the full price of a further appointment to rebook a session)

  • Illness / Injury / Emergency/Any reason - should you be unable to attend your appointment, and contact us, or fail to attend, within the cancellation periods stated above, our standard policies still apply.

  • You are able to manage your own appointments, by means of your confirmation email, or via our app, outside of our 24 hour cancellation period
