Booking Policy We charge a minimum 50% scheduling/booking fee for all treatments. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment, no matter when. Appointment Amendments We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to amend any appointment. This means changing what you want or what time or day you want. You can manage your appointments online; our online booking system is open 24 hours a day. If you do not give us 24 hours' notice to amend your appointment, you will be charged in full. NO SHOW Policy: If you move, cancel, are late, or don't turn up for your treatment, Tivoli HotWax will classify this as a NO SHOW, and you will be liable for the full appointment cost. This fee will be deducted from the card details we hold on file for you, or an invoice will be emailed. The remainder will be payable before scheduling any further appointments with us. Check your confirmation email for full details once you've booked. Our t's and c's are very clear and are to protect our business. If you are not happy to accept these terms, please do not book.
We do not allow ANY Babies, Children, Pets, Partners, Friends, or your Mum - unless you’re under 18 - in the room whilst you are being treated. No exceptions. Why? It's distracting, AND our treatment rooms have hot, sticky wax and dangerous laser equipment and chemicals. Not the place for kids or furry friends.
